In addition to these personal data, we may store the following commercial records: sales projects, purchases, accounting movements, commercial interactions and technical support operations as well as participation to our certification programs.

4. How long do we keep your data?

6.3 Managing registration to commercial and technical information:
Each customer or prospect can send an email to the sales person in their region or at email@example.com to manage their subscription to our information services. They can also manage their subscription via a link at the bottom of each commercial emailing. The request will then be forwarded to the person in charge of your CRM who will change the subscription criteria accordingly, in a legal maximum time-limit of one month.
6.4 Deletion of personal data:
Each customer or prospect can send an email to the sales person in their region or at firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for the deletion of their personal data. The message will be forwarded to the person in charge who will delete the data in the legal maximum time-limit of one month.
