Job Description

Analog Way's North America & Latin America (NALA) branch is headquartered in Buford, Georgia. This position serves as the sole dedicated training resource for the entire NALA region, operating as a one-person department responsible for the full scope of Analog Way's educational presence, from in-person certification programs and trade show appearances to eLearning content and on-site customer training. The role reports directly to the Director of Sales - Americas and plays a central part in both customer success and the pre-sale process.

For the right candidate, this is a rare opportunity to own an entire function, shape how customers experience and learn Analog Way's products, and have a direct, visible impact on the business. As our new Technical Education Manager, you'll own and lead all NALA training efforts and become the effective face of Analog Way for many of our customers and end-users. You'll inherit a highly regarded program and continue growing it.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Schedule, plan, and deliver monthly weeklong product certification classes.
  • Schedule, develop, and deliver on-site custom product training for key accounts.
  • Schedule, develop, and deliver educational sessions at road shows and trade shows (e.g., InfoComm).
  • Schedule, develop, and deliver on-demand virtual product training to customers.
  • Organize and deliver general education and product training webinars.
  • Maintain online courses and eLearning material.
  • Record, edit, and generally produce short video tutorials.
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers with product demos and pre-sale discussions.
  • Maintain and strive to improve the Academy classroom, labs, and overall physical space.
  • Coordinate long-term NALA Academy initiatives with EMEA and APAC training managers to align with global training strategies.
  • Track and report Academy metrics to NALA and global leadership.
  • Create and defend the annual Academy budget.
Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in pro AV, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of video signals, bandwidth, and video signal processing.
  • Experience designing and delivering technical training or certification programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible instruction for varied audiences.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with comfort in both classroom and trade show settings.
  • Experience supporting sales teams through product demonstrations or pre-sale technical discussions.
  • Video production experience: recording, editing, and producing tutorial or training content.
  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring or course management tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-direct.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with Analog Way products, particularly the Aquilon platform.
  • Familiarity with AVIXA standards and the broader pro AV ecosystem.
  • Experience presenting or exhibiting at industry trade shows (InfoComm, NAB, ISE, etc.).
  • Background in live events, broadcast, or corporate AV production.

Required Education / Certification / Licensure

  • Associate Degree required; relevant industry experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • AVIXA CTS certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
  • Must be able to obtain Analog Way Aquilon operator certification (training provided).
Benefits

Location & Travel Expectations

  • Analog Way's office and the Analog Way Academy are in Buford, GA.
  • Must be in, or willing to relocate to, Metro Atlanta.
  • 20-30% travel is expected. Overnight travel is likely; weekend travel is infrequent but occasionally possible.
