TAA Compliance

Analog Way hereby certifies that the designated products on our website are compliant with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) (19 U.S.C. §§ 2501–2581).

In accordance with FAR 52.225-5 (Trade Agreements), these products are certified to be “U.S.-made or designated country end products.” Specifically, they have been either:

• Wholly produced or manufactured in a TAA-designated country; or

• Substantially transformed in a TAA-designated country into a new and different article of commerce with a name, character, or use distinct from that of the article or articles from which it was transformed.

Analog Way maintains a robust supply chain management system to verify the origin of all components and manufacturing processes. We acknowledge our responsibility to notify you immediately should the TAA status of any of these products changes due to shifts in manufacturing or changes to the list of designated countries.
