Powering a Landmark LED Auditorium at Walmart's New HQ

Walmart's new headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas features a 1,500-seat auditorium designed for global town halls, executive presentations and hybrid events.
The space is anchored by a monumental LED video wall installation supplied by Planar and designed by Apeiro Design. Driving a display of nearly six times 4K resolution required a powerful and flexible video infrastructure capable of handling full-resolution playback, live feeds and multiple presentation sources simultaneously.
To support these requirements, the Analog Way team recommended a Picturall media server for the playback of custom, pre-rendered content at full resolution across the LED canvas. The system also integrates an Aquilon presentation system and video wall processor to manage multiple inputs seamlessly, including live IMAG camera feeds, presentation laptops and a wide range of external sources. The setup connects to the campus Cisco Codex conferencing environment, enabling Teams or Zoom sessions to be displayed alongside on-stage content, and supports high-end live presentations with very low latency.
"The video wall requires a significant amount of horsepower to drive it," said Seth Teates, Senior Regional Sales Manager at Analog Way.
"We wanted to ensure they could run custom content at full resolution while managing live inputs with very low latency."
"It immediately captures your attention and sets the mood for the room. Walking in, you know you're stepping into someplace special," added Wes Abbott, Senior Manager of Campus Events at Walmart.
The result is a flexible, broadcast-ready auditorium built for large-scale corporate communication and immersive live experiences.
